Andrew Arbuthnot

Andrew Arbuthnot has worked in sales and sales management for over 20 years.  Having worked in various industries from photographic / portraiture, Clothing and apparel, Automotive and optical services he has worked for and with some of the worlds biggest companies and brands including Tom Ford, Guess, Tommy Hilfiger and Chopard  to name a few. 

As a result of this experience, Andrew has garnered and honed an extensive skill set when it comes to influence and selling.  Andrew has been responsible for the sales teams’ performance and training and is adamant that selling is about one thing – change.  All you’re doing is bringing someone from one place to another and you don’t need hefty sales tactics to do it.  We are all our own secret weapon and ultimately people buy from people.  

Andrew also runs a successful hypnotherapy, coaching and training business from his hometown of Bangor Co. Down and wishes to share his knowledge in order to advance Hypnotherapy and Hypnotherapist’s within Ireland.
