Terms & Conditions

 1.⁠ ⁠The Irish Hypnotherapy Conference Awards (IHCA) is open to all hypnotherapists based in Ireland or attending the conference.
 2.⁠ ⁠Nominations can be made for yourself or for someone else who you believe deserves recognition in the field of hypnotherapy.
 3.⁠ ⁠All nominations must be accompanied by an entry fee of 25 euro for administration costs. Payment can be made via bank transfer or online payment.
 4.⁠ ⁠The deadline for nominations and payment is March 9th 2025.
 5.⁠ ⁠Nominations will be reviewed by an independent panel of judges and a shortlist of finalists will be announced before the conference.
 6.⁠ ⁠The winners of the IHCA will be announced and awards will be presented at the conference.
 7.⁠ ⁠By submitting a nomination, you agree to have your name and details included in promotional materials related to the conference.
 8.⁠ ⁠The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of winners.
 9.⁠ ⁠The IHCA reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
10.⁠ ⁠By participating in the IHCA, you agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the organisers of the conference.
