Dr. Becca is a hypnotherapist, sleep coach, and educator based in the northwest of the UK, specialising in helping people overcome insomnia and sleep-related challenges. With over 20 years’ experience working in education with vulnerable young people, Becca’s career has always been focused on transformation and resilience.

Her own battle with long-term insomnia led her to explore the power of the subconscious mind through hypnotherapy, before discovering that the real breakthrough came when she integrated Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) with therapeutic techniques.
Becca combines her expertise in hypnosis and coaching with evidence-based sleep science to create holistic, non-medical solutions for clients who are exhausted, anxious, and searching for natural rest. Her signature approach integrates mind and body, blending structure with subconscious change. Becca is passionate about helping women in mid-life who are ‘soul-tired’ and sleep-deprived reclaim deep, natural sleep without relying on medication.
