Laura is is a hypnotherapist, coach, and BrainWorking Recursive Therapy practitioner and trainer based in the West of Ireland.

She has been in practice for almost 20 years, training in her hometown of London with the Institute of Clinical Hypnosis and starting her journey in a clinic in Ladbroke Grove working with pregnant smokers, eventually relocating to County Mayo, where she’s worked with hundreds of clients ever since.

Laura has extensive experience and knowledge of hypnotherapy from being a practitioner, a supervisor, and a trainer.
