Ticket Cancellation Terms

Cancellation Deadline
- Full refund available up to 30 days before the conference date
- 50% refund available between 30-14 days before the conference
- No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the conference start date

Refund Process
- All refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected]
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

Ticket Transferability
- Tickets are fully transferable to another attendee
- Name change requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the conference
- No additional fee for ticket transfer

Special Circumstances
- In case of medical emergencies, documentation may be required
- Partial credit or a future conference ticket may be offered at the conference organisers’ discretion

Conference Cancellation
- If the conference is cancelled by organizers, 100% full refund will be issued
- Attendees will be notified via email and provided alternative options
