Caroline Faulkner is a keynote speaker, Executive Mindset Coach and Strategic Advisor with more than 35 years of leadership experience as a former CEO, CIO, COO and Senior Vice President in Fortune 50 organisations. Across the technology, pharmaceutical and financial services sectors, she has led large-scale transformation, organisational growth and strategic change at the highest levels in both Ireland and the United States. Caroline was instrumental in building Pramerica in Ireland from startup to a 1,500-person technology and professional services organisation before being appointed to Prudential’s US headquarters, where she led the integration and transformation of multiple businesses into a more agile, customer-centric operating model. Her work delivered $120 million in savings, and she went on to become one of the top 25 leaders in a 20,000-person organisation. In 2014, she was recognised as one of Computerworld’s Top 100 Premier IT Leaders. Today, Caroline works with senior leaders and organisations to strengthen decision-making, emotional regulation and leadership effectiveness by addressing the internal patterns that shape performance under pressure. Combining deep commercial experience with evidence-based behavioural insight and her proprietary framework, she helps leaders reduce internal friction, navigate complexity and lead with greater clarity, resilience and impact. As a keynote speaker, Caroline is known for delivering insightful, commercially grounded talks on leadership, the future of work, organisational alignment, team dynamics and the neuroscience of performance. She is a qualified hypnotherapist, coach and NLP practitioner, bringing a rare combination of board-level leadership experience, strategic clarity and human insight, helping audiences understand not just what high performance looks like, but what makes it possible from the inside out.
